● Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

● All tags/labels and the original packing must be intact. Any alterations or tampering will void the return.

● Any damaged items will not be eligible for return.

● We will initiate a replacement or refund only after the product has passed the examination by our team.

● No refunds will be available for COD orders; only exchange is offered.

● If you have received a damaged item that’s our bad, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@cerawo.in and attach the unboxing video of product. We will send you a replacement after examining the damaged product.
