How to Initiate Return?
● Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
● Email us at support@cerawo.in with your return request.
● We will arrange a free pick up of the item.
● After our team has examined the product (read T&C) and it is found to be damage-free, we will initiate your refund within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
How can I make a change or cancel my order? ● You can alter or cancel your order by emailing us at support@cerawo.in within 24 hours of placing the order with the Order ID in the subject line. After the order is cancelled, we will initiate the refund process. You can also cancel your order under the profile option when you are logged in.
