After the order is cancelled, we will initiate the refund process. You can also cancel your order under the profile option when you are logged        in.

● How can I pay?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            You can pay using your debit card, credit card, cash wallets, UPI or internet banking through our secure payment gateway.
    You can also choose our COD option to pay for your order.

● How long does it take to process my refund?
   After our team has examined the product (read T&C) and found it to be damage-free, we will initiate your refund within 48 hours.

● Where do you send the refund?
    Refund will be processed in the same method that was used for payment for the order. It might take 7-8 business days to reflect in the bank              account. No refunds for COD orders; only exchange is available.

● What happens if my shipment is lost?                                                                                                                                                                                                               In the rare case that this happens, we will take full responsibility for the shipment. We can refund or ship a replacement for your order soon.
